I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the city center and close to shopping and dining options. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a great view. However, the service had its hiccups, particularly with the water issue during my stay, and the dining experience left a lot to be desired. Overall, it’s a decent place with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, being right next to a mall and close to key attractions like Bauman Street and the Kazan Kremlin. However, the dining options really fell short of expectations, and while the rooms had a unique design, they felt a bit cramped due to an awkward column. Overall, the staff was friendly, which is always a plus.

Rooms

The room I stayed in had an interesting layout with high ceilings and odd angles, making it visually unique, but it felt somewhat small due to a column positioned in the middle. I would rate the room a 7 out of 10.
Service

The service was friendly, but when I requested a Tatarstan taxi, they seemed a bit forgetful and didn’t follow up well on it. They explained that there was an issue with water pipes in the city, which affected their services. So, I’ll give them a 6 out of 10 for service.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, right next to a mall and a quick walk to the historic Kazan Kremlin. Still, for the price, it offers decent value considering its prime location.
